Uninstalling Apps on chromebooks

Most applications on Chromebooks don’t take up too much space, but you might want to clean out apps every once in a while. I often need to get rid of apps that are out dated, haven’t been updated by the developer or have been made obsolete buy other apps.

To uninstall an app, click once on the Launcher.

Click on the all apps button.

Find the app you want to uninstall, right click on it and select uninstall from the contextual menu.

You will be prompted to confirm the removal by clicking the remove button. The process is very quick.
